Cut the avocados in half and remove all the pulp. We place it in the blender glass with the condensed milk, milk cream, and add the lemon juice. You can also add a little liquor, which will help prevent crystals from forming. Now we only have to grind everything very well at maximum speed so that there is an absolutely smooth mixture without lumps. If you want, once the mixture is made, add some peeled and chopped pistachios.
After it is mixte, we put the mixture in a mold. It is better if it is made of silicone, earthenware or glass. We cover with kitchen film paper and with our hands we adjust it so that it is well attached to the ice cream. After a few hours of freezing, you will have your avocado ice cream ready. You can decorate with mint leaves or with more peeled pistachios.
